The service

FirstCall AI answers calls forwarded to us on your behalf, handles the conversation, books appointments where you've allowed it, and gives you transcripts and summaries.

What we don't promise

This is software handling live conversations, and it will sometimes mishear, misunderstand, or take a booking you'd have declined. We work to reduce that, but we don't guarantee any particular accuracy, uptime, or outcome, and we are not liable for business lost through an error. If reliability at a specific level matters to you contractually, talk to us before signing up rather than assuming.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your business — services, hours, and pricing — because the AI repeats it to your customers. You're also responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including call recording consent and any industry rules.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Calls beyond your plan's included volume are billed per call and itemised on your invoice. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing and we don't pro-rate the current period unless we've agreed otherwise. To cancel, call (347) 669-1735 — there's no retention maze.

Ending it

Either of us can end the arrangement. If you stop, turn off call forwarding and your number behaves exactly as it did before. We may suspend service for non-payment or for use that is unlawful or abusive.
