What we collect

Two separate things. From you, when you contact us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you type into the form. From your customers, when our service answers your phone: the call audio, a transcript, the caller's number, and details they give during the call, such as an address or an appointment time.

What we do with it

Your details are used to contact you about the service. Call data is used to operate it — answering, booking, and giving you transcripts and summaries. We do not sell either, and we do not use your customers' data to advertise to them.

Who else touches it

Running a phone service means using infrastructure providers for telephony, speech processing, hosting, and email. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service. If you need the current list of subprocessors before signing up, call and ask and we'll send it.

Call recording

Recording laws vary by state, and some require every party to consent. As the business whose phone is being answered, you are responsible for meeting the requirements where you operate. We can configure a spoken disclosure at the start of calls — ask for it during setup if you need one.

Regulated industries

If you handle medical, legal, or financial information, tell us before you sign up. Some obligations require specific agreements and safeguards, and we would rather tell you plainly what we do and do not cover than let you assume.

Getting your data removed

Call (347) 669-1735 or email hello@firstcall-ai.com and ask. We'll tell you what we hold and delete what you ask us to, other than records we're required to keep.

This page describes our actual practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer reviewing your own obligations.
