AI receptionist for local service businesses
Every missed call is a lost customer
Your phone rings at 9 PM on a Saturday. Nobody picks up, so they call the next name on the list. FirstCall AI answers in under a second — every call, every hour — books the job, and texts you the details before you've put your phone down.
Talk to a person, not a form. Straight through to (347) 669-1735.
How FirstCall AI handles a call
9:47 PM, Saturday
The phone rings.
You're at dinner. Your crew went home four hours ago. Nobody is going to pick this up.
0.8 seconds later
Something answers.
No hold music, no voicemail beep. A voice that knows your business, your hours, and your prices.
The conversation
It handles the call.
Qualifies the job, judges the urgency, and asks the questions you would have asked.
Before they hang up
The job is on the calendar.
Slotted against your real availability, confirmed by text, and the customer never waited.
By morning
You wake up to the details.
The full transcript, the address, the urgency, and a job you would otherwise have lost.

What it does
One job, done properly
Not a chatbot bolted onto a phone line. A receptionist that knows your business and is awake at 2 AM.
It answers. Every time.
Nights, weekends, holidays, and the four calls that come in while you're under a sink. No voicemail, no hold music, no missed opportunity.
It sounds like your business
Trained on your services, your hours, your pricing, and the questions your customers actually ask. Not a generic script reading from a menu.
It books the job
Checks your real availability, offers slots you can actually make, and puts the appointment on your calendar before the caller hangs up.
It writes everything down
Full transcript, a short summary, the address, and the urgency — waiting for you in the morning instead of scribbled on an envelope.
It knows when to escalate
A genuine emergency reaches you. A price-shopper at 11 PM does not. You decide where that line sits.
It's running the same day
Forward your existing number or take a new one. No new hardware, no phone system migration, no IT project.
Straight talk
You won't find testimonials here
FirstCall AI is new. We could have filled this page with stock-photo customers and a “trusted by 2,000+ businesses” badge — it's a twenty-minute job and plenty of sites do it. Here's the actual state of things instead.
You'd be among the first
Which means the person who builds your setup is the person who picks up when you call. Not a support queue that inherited your account from someone who left.
Your phone shapes the product
Tell us what your calls actually sound like all day — the awkward ones, the time-wasters, the emergencies — and that's what gets built around. There's no feature-request portal to shout into.
There's nothing to unwind
You forward your number to try it. If it isn't for you, turn forwarding off and your phone behaves exactly as it did before. No system to rip out, no contract to escape.
The trade-off, stated plainly: you'd be trusting your phone to a company without a long track record behind it. That's a real risk and we're not going to pretend otherwise. So don't take our word for any of this — call the number and ask us to prove it.
Rough maths
What are missed calls costing you?
Your numbers, not ours. Move the sliders and see the arithmetic — every assumption is on screen.

An estimate from the figures you entered, not a projection or a guarantee. It assumes every missed call is a real prospect and that recovered calls close at the same rate as answered ones — both of which flatter the result. Treat it as an upper bound.

Questions
The things people actually ask
If yours isn't here, call and ask. You'll get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
Some will, some won't. It handles interruptions and pauses naturally, so plenty of callers never think to ask. You can also have it say so at the start of every call — being upfront costs you very little and it's the option we'd pick ourselves.
What happens when it can't answer something?
It says so plainly rather than inventing an answer, takes a message, and can transfer to you or flag the call as urgent. You set the rules for what counts as urgent enough to ring your phone at 2 AM.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You forward your existing number, either all the time or only when you don't pick up within a few rings. Your number stays yours, and you can turn forwarding off whenever you want.
How long does setup actually take?
The call itself is short — we go through your services, hours, pricing, and the questions you get most. From there it's usually live the same day. The tuning continues over the first week as we listen to real calls together.
Can it handle my industry's terminology?
It's configured per business rather than shipped as a generic template, so trade-specific language is part of the setup rather than something you hope it picks up. If it consistently mishears a term, we fix it.
What about my customers' data?
Calls and transcripts are stored so you can review them, and they aren't sold or used to advertise to your customers. If you operate somewhere with specific obligations — medical or legal in particular — tell us before you sign up so we can be straight with you about what we do and don't cover.
What if it isn't right for my business?
Then you turn off call forwarding and you're back exactly where you started. There's no phone system to unwind. Call and tell us what didn't work — that feedback is worth more to us than the retained subscription.
Someone is calling you right now
Or they will tonight, after you've closed. The fastest way to find out whether this works for your business is to call and ask.
(347) 669-1735 goes straight to us. No queue, no gatekeeper, no chasing a rep who's left.
